Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by V&J Associates Pty Ltd Trading as JONI’s  (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By scheduling a carpet and/or tile cleaning service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services for Carpets, Rugs, Car and Home upholstery , Air conditioner and Tile and Grout . Our services include Tile and Grout deep cleaning , deep steam cleaning, stain removal, and deodorizing. The exact scope of the service will be outlined in the agreement prior to booking.

3. Service Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices for carpet and tile cleaning services will vary depending on the type of service, the size of the area, and the condition of the carpet or tiles. A detailed estimate will be provided before any work begins.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments.
  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as stain removal, heavy soiling, or special treatments, Parking near the job is unavailable. which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
  • There are animal stains or odors that require extra treatments.

Urine stains and animal hair:

We do not guarantee the removal of urine stains as these stains can become permanent. Animal and human hair becomes entwined within the fibres and can be extremely difficult to remove from the fibres on an initial deep steam or dry clean. On occasions the carpet may require further DRY vacuuming after the steam clean with an upright vacuum cleaner on a daily basis with a rotating brush vacuum cleaner to completely remove hair

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring that the areas to be cleaned are easily accessible and clear of any obstacles or items. Our technicians are not responsible for moving heavy furniture unless previously agreed upon.
  • Pre-Cleaning Preparation: Customers should ensure that all personal items (such as valuables, electronics, etc.) are removed from the cleaning area before our arrival.
  • Health and Safety: You must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning chemicals that may be used. Our staff will take reasonable precautions to avoid any issues.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your booking via email or phone.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [24-48] hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least [48] hours in advance.

6. Guarantees and Limitations

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within [24] hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
  • Limitations: While we make every effort to clean your carpet and tiles thoroughly, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damages caused by pre-existing conditions. Some stains, such as permanent dye or pet urine, may be permanent.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, such as wear and tear, or issues that arise after the cleaning, such as water damage or staining caused by the drying process.
  • We are not responsible for items that are moved during the cleaning process or for any damage to floors, walls, or furniture that might occur as a result of moving heavy objects.

8. Property Damage

We take great care in ensuring your property is safe during the cleaning process. However, we are not liable for any damage that occurs due to pre-existing conditions such as loose floor tiles, old carpets, or other structural issues.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information with third parties, except as required by law. Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to address any concerns. If an agreement cannot be reached, we agree to engage in mediation or arbitration as needed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia/QLD , and any legal disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Australia/QLD.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to you prior to your next scheduled service.
